5. The general symptoms surrounding chest pain are caused by the following:
problems in your lungs, oesophagus, muscles, ribs, or nerves, gastrointestinal problems etc. Chest pain can also be hastened by exertion, eating, exposure to cold, emotional stress and/or exercises. Another potential cause of chest pain is anxiety and panic attacks. Obesity, smoking, pregnancy, and spicy or fatty foods are triggers for acid reflux which causes chest pain.
All of the above make up the list for general causes of chest pain, but specifically, chest pain can come about by strenuous activities. Activities that involves the muscles, ribs or nerves. Particularly, there is no activity carried out that does not involve the muscles, ribs or nerves.
Every day we lift up objects, open doors, move around, take in oxygen and most of all, we use our brain. Either of the ways, our nervous system made up of nerves are working. Our bones, the framework of the body is at work too.
There are some of these activities that becomes too strenuous for our chest and therefore triggers chest pain,
we will be discussing few examples as we proceed.
